26 января из СИЗО №7 Тбилиси по отбытию срока наказания освободился 41-летний «вор в законе» Рамаз Джинчарадзе. В тот же день криминальный "генерал" покинул пределы страны, сообщает ИА «Прайм Крайм».
Ранее трижды судимый уроженец Тбилиси Рамаз Джинчарадзе был коронован в 1989 году «ворами в законе» Паатом Члаидзе и Паатом Твалчрелидзе, известными как Паат Большой и Паат Маленький. Рамаз Джинчарадзе отличается строгой приверженностью воровским традициям, благодаря чему в уголовном мире он пользуется заслуженным уважением. Не случайно, в 2006 году Рамаз стал первым в истории Грузии «вором в законе», который был осужден по новой статье Уголовного кодекса, карающей за принадлежность к высшей уголовной касте. Вероятно, как первопроходчику, Рамазу присудили всего 5 лет. После него таких мягких приговоров не выносили ни одному вору.
Назначенный судом срок Рамаз максимально использовал для поднятия собственного авторитета. Оказавшись на одних нарах с четырьмя десятками уголовных королей, Джинчарадзе сумел подняться над всеми. Утверждают, что любые движения в тюрьме, включая приостановку воровских полномочий ряда «законников», исходили от Рамаза. Если даже в изоляции Джинчарадзе удавалось проявлять такую активность, то на свободе от него стоит ожидать еще большего.
