Советы для открытия файлов docx

      У многих на компьютерах установлен офисный пакет Microsoft Office 2003 года "рождения" (или даже более ранняя версия), где  программа  Word прекрасно функционирует и устраивает пользователей по всем параметрам. Вернее, почти по всем...
      Со времени внедрения новых продуктов такой заботливой компании   Microsoft у большинства пользователей появилась прблема с открытием файлов с расширением .docx, созданных в программах  Word-2007 и последующих. Конечно, можно попросить приславшего письмо в таком формате просто пересохранить его в привычном "доковском" (т.е. с расширением .doc), но это не всегда удобно, однако переустанавливать пакет просто не хочется. Оказывается, в этом и нет необходимости  -  компанией разработан и предлагается бесплатно пользователям "Пакет обеспечения совместимости Microsoft Office для форматов файлов Word, Excel и PowerPoint". 
       Иногда возникает необходимость просто открыть для просмотра файлы .doc, .docx, .excel, но бывает, что  программа Microsoft Office не установлена на  компьютере, ведь многих устраивает идущий вместе с "виндой" WordPad, который позволяет оперировать текстами и даже сохранять их не только в формате .doc, но и .rtf. И если нужно только просмотреть документ, а не вносить в него изменения, то вместо установки вышеуказанной программы, которая всё-таки не бесплатна и, к тому же, являет собой огромный офисный пакет и который не так уж необходим, например, дома, можно установить  небольшие утилиты. Microsoft разработала и предлагает бесплатно эти утилиты для открытия файлов .doc (см. ссылку), .docx (см. ссылку), .excel (см. ссылку), и других -  например, презентаций PowerPoint (см. ссылку).   Эти программы-просмотрщики (Viewers) позволяют открывать, просматривать и печатать документы Excel и Word, а также копировать их в другие программы.  
       Скачивать эти программы рекомендуется с официального сайта Microsoft Corporation, так как там предлагаются последние версии и содержатся такие подробные инструкции по их установке и удалению, что эти "операции" не вызывает трудностей даже у "чайников". И во избежание неприятных неожиданностей (когда, например, вдруг оказывается, что нужно срочно прочитать документ, а привычный и безотказный Word выдает абракадабру из непонятных символов), лучше скачать и установить  "Пакет обеспечения совместимости Microsoft Office для форматов файлов Word, Excel и PowerPoint" (около 40 Мб, см. ссылку) или хотя бы утилиты для просмотра.

    Как открыть файл .docm
    Недавно ко мне обратились с проблемой - не могли открыть файл с расширением .docm Такой файл получился при сохранении текста в программе Word с так называемыми макросами. Т. е. лучше так не сохранять. А чтобы вернуться к файлам с расширением .doc, .docx , надо всего навсего иметь возможность сменить расширение - в данном случае просто убрать букву "m", а если надо, добавить "x". Чтобы увидеть расширение файла и изменить его, надо открыть "Панель управления", найти раздел "Параметры ("Свойства...") папок", открыть его и в открывшемся окошке выбрать "Вид". Затем найти пункт "Скрывать расширения............. файлов" и снять галочку в окошке этого раздела. Перейти в папку с файлами, отметить нужный файл, щелкнув по нему. Затем ещё раз щёлкнуть, чтобы можно было редактировать имя файла. Там удалить букву "m", как указывалось выше. Затем щёлкнуть на пустом поле, чтобы закрепить изменение и выйти из режима редактирования. Файл откроется... Не забудьте снова, на всякий случай, поставить галочку там, где её сняли.
